JSC PROiCO has designed and patented the original mechanical drive of sectional beam in the system of mechanism of furlough of threads of base.

In the process of weaving the mechanical drive of sectional beam ensures equal slope threads of base from the sections of the beam, reduces to the minimum the value of the waste, so fabric is worked out with the even structure on the whole width of leading-in a loom, with qualitative kinds of work on the inserter, base, selvage. Differential of the mechanical drive of sectional beam, equalises the delivery threads of base from 2 sections, it is located in the middle area of leading-in a loom instead of its existing arrangement on the left frame of framework.<br>The New mechanical drive of sectional beam vastly increases the quality of the worked out fabrics, particularly parachute, flak jackets and delicate fabrics: shirting and suit fabrics from the mixed yarn, fabric with increased filling factors on the duck. The factors of air permeability are equalised on linens of the parachute fabrics.<br>Using of the new mechanical drive of sectional beam ensures the stabilization of a physicist-mechanical features of the fabrics on the whole width of leading-in a loom. Also it helps to reduce the noise level due to the even surf of beam to the selvage of the fabrics.<br>The kinematic diagram of drive has been patented.<br>It is possible to use the Mechanical drive of sectional beam by using one mechanical regulator of furlough of base or one electromechanic regulator of furlough of base, working on the signal of one sensor of the backrest. That is vastly simplifies its use on all looms STB regardless of the producer. As well as at the stages of restoration of old looms, that is twice cheaper of the electronic drive of foreign analogues.<br>Drive is easy and reliable in use, it does not require additional energy sources.<br>The first model of the new drive of sectional beam is successfully used on the factory Visokovsky textile (Moscow region) at the production of coarse calico with the width 330 centimeters and factor of filling 1,22.<br>The results of exploitation tests have confirmed all its technical advantages in comparison with the existing drive of the serially produced loom of type STB.<br>JSC PROiCO has a possibility to supply the new mechanical drive of sectional beam to consumers:<br>1. In the composition of looms, which were restored or modernized.<br>2. As a separate modula with the following montage of it to the looms, used in working conditions of customer.<br>3. As a separate modula, produced by revision of borrowed details and nodes of the serially produced looms recieved from the customer.
